UKCF PARTNERS WITH HYPHEN8 IN:GAGE to DRIVE BETTER CRM – ON SALESFORCE.COM

It all started with a decision to move to the Cloud…

In 2010, UK Community Foundations (UKCF) took a strategic decision to implement Salesforce.com: the worlds leading CRM platform – and custom developed D2: a centralised CRM platform that helps it manage its grant making and donor development processes, and drive more efficiencies in the way the organisation runs its operations.

Today, over 400 users across 40 Community Foundations depend on Salesforce.com and D2. But along with growth and change, UKCF faced new challenges as its ability to respond to higher demands and expectations needed a better operation, and access to a wider suite of specialist resources.

What’s the solution? Introducing Hyphen8’s IN:GAGE

The solution for UKCF was IN:GAGE – Hyphen8’s fully managed, flexible and on-demand service that offers the organisation access to technical and business oriented CRM professionals to manage and further D2 and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them migrate key processes online, increase funding opportunities and reduce costs.
