Our Approach

The aim of SmartStart is to get your business up and running with CRM. With this in mind, our standard approach includes the following key stages:

1 Analyse your CRM requirements and expectations, with existing processes and systems in mind. 2-3 days onsite
2 Define and document your proposed solution aligned with your key priorities and objectives 2 days offsite
3 Design, develop and implement the solution needed to meet your immediate, high priority needs. This stage can include data migration. 5-7 days
4 Training – Systems Administration & End User training to ensure internal capability and high user adoption 2-3 days onsite
5 Provide access to engage our experts for ongoing consultancy, application development and administration support over the course of the 12 month service – when you need them. in:gage

Based on our standard approach, stages 1, 2, 3 & 4 are typically completed within a FOUR WEEK timeframe!
