  • Support you, through our 12-month service programme IN:GAGE, to ensure your system is managed and updated when needed to meet your ongoing and changing needs

Our Approach

The aim of SmartStart is to get your business up and running with CRM. With this in mind, our standard approach includes the following key stages:

1 Analyse your CRM requirements and expectations, with existing processes and systems in mind. Typically 1-2 days onsite
2 Define and document your proposed solution aligned with your key priorities and objectives Typically 1-2 days offsite
3 Design, develop and implement the solution needed to meet your immediate, high priority needs. This stage can include data migration. Typically 4-5 days
4 Training – Systems Administration & End User training to ensure internal capability and high user adoption Typically 1-2 days onsite
5 Provide the mechanism for you to engage our experts for ongoing consultancy, application development and administration support over the course of the 12 month service – when you need them. in:gage

Based on our standard approach, stages 1, 2, 3 & 4 are typically completed within a THREE WEEK timeframe!
